Our stay was great. It was very quiet and clean. Staff was also very friendly and accommodating to my needs. The location was perfect because it was close to the interstate, shops and restaurants. I love that it also had a bar downstairs (we didn’t eat at the restaurant, but we did go to the bar). There was also a small convenient store, although the prices were very expensive, which is expected. Another plus was that they provided the use of the indoor pool, which we didn’t get a chance to use, but that was also a plus!

everything! everyone here is always so PROFESSIONAL, courteous, and so so pleasant. every time we come back home to Newport News visit family in Kiln Creek, the only place we will stay! The staff, can’t even begin to tell you all the amaze, even though upon checking in, the app stated every other day room turndown , they came in everything day, with out us even asking!!!! just amazing, we will see you all July 4th-July 10th!

Our bedroom was larger than we expected. it was comfortable, clean and well-equipped. On the whole, the staff were friendly and helpful.

We really liked the staff. Very friendly and helpful! We asked for recommendations for places to eat and also for directions and they were always available to help. The room and bed were very comfortable.

Near Kroger and Starbucks for food and breakfast. In a little better shape than some of the other equivalent hotels in the area. Good lighting and big windows let lots of sunlight in.

This was a comfortable stay close to the interstate and food options. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Having a TV with internet capabilities that was easy to use was a nice home-y touch.

We loved the fact that the indoor pool was open until 11pm. There were a lot of places to eat. We ate at Texas Roadhouse which was across from the parking lot.
